Running Well

Running Well

Podcast #67

Welcome to the podcast!

Have you ever had the experience of running into the same situation or hearing the same subject repeatedly so much so you begin to think it’s on purpose? That’s sort of what happened to me with today’s discussion. It’s often not entire books, but chapters, or lessons, paragraphs, even, or particular messages that strike such a chord in me, I need to go back to them again and again. Or, providentially, God brings it back to me. That’s how we are talking about running well. Today.

I also tend to think in this “Well” category. I have written on Waiting Well and Resting Well previously, with other resources on those topics. You and I can wrap our brains around the need to do something “well.” And then everything seems to fall into categories or lists that make it easier to follow. So, when once again, I was hit with one of these messages that has penetrated my heart and mind, I quickly began to think of all the different places in Scripture that speak of this very subject. Voila — Running Well.

In this episode, we will look at five elements required for running well in the Christian life.

I’m so glad you are here to experience it all! I’ve been up since 4:47AM in anticipation of it all!

Before we go any further, have you seen them? These!!!!! The Show Notes!

But let me say this: I am a week behind because I literally lost everything switching computers, and then all this prep has me breathless. Look for today’s shorter prayer notes as well as the previous episode to arrive by Monday! Then I will be back on track.

Taste and See

Taste and See

Podcast #63

Hey!

Welcome to the podcast!

You have likely heard it before. “Taste and See that the Lord is good.” But what does it mean for you and me. And what does it look like in real life? How can we make it a reality that is more than a pretty verse to post on Instagram or inspiration found on a mug? These are all questions that we address as we look further into the topic in this episode of the She Yearns Podcast, Learning to Taste and See, through the life of Nehemiah.

Please know, I’m so glad you are here! I love the podcast.

Season Three just began last week. We have something new this season for you. It’s Show Notes! Just sign up using this form and each episode will be delivered to your in-box as they are created.
