Welcome to the podcast! 

Have you ever had the experience of running into the same situation or hearing the same subject repeatedly so much so you begin to think it’s on purpose? That’s sort of what happened to me with today’s discussion. It’s often not entire books, but chapters, or lessons, paragraphs, even, or particular messages that strike such a chord in me, I need to go back to them again and again. Or, providentially, God brings it back to me. That’s how we are talking about running well. Today.

I also tend to think in this “Well” category. I have written on Waiting Well and Resting Well previously, with other resources on those topics. You and I can wrap our brains around the need to do something “well.” And then everything seems to fall into categories or lists that make it easier to follow. So, when once again, I was hit with one of these messages that has penetrated my heart and mind, I quickly began to think of all the different places in Scripture that speak of this very subject. Voila — Running Well.

In this episode, we will look at five elements required for running well in the Christian life.
