Hi there. Cheri Strange, here. Finally. September showed up and we have never looked more forward to the return of the Starbuck’s Pumpkin Latte. The jury is still out for what badness it promises to usher in, but change is welcomed by most of us. The problem is that we have been experiencing something so radically different for the last six months, we are all out of wack. For many of us, especially on the physical side. There have been too many opportunities to eat throughout the day and not enough plus the lacking enthusiasm to burn off those extra calories. Does it matter? I mean is it a spiritual matter or can we just give up and blame it on Corona? We will tackle these questions and more in this episode, Making Fitness an Act of Worship.
