What happens when you donate?

The monies received through Cheri’s speaking fees, merchandise sold, or any donations made go in the funding to make ministry possible. When you donate, your contributions extend the work and by doing so, you participate with us by furthering our aims.

The mission of the She Yearns Ministry has four aims:

• Taking the Word of God to the people of God and beyond.
• Extending the Hope of God to those who have none.
• Taking the message of the Gospel to those who have not heard or received it.
• Extending the hand of God to the helpless.

Taking the Word of God to the people of God and beyond

We do this through participating in the ministry of YouVersion or Bible.com, generating and teaching Bible studies, creating content for conferences and speaking in conferences, writing books, and creating other encouraging and Gospel-centered materials. Your donations make an impact in the lives of real women.

Extending the Hope of God to those who have none

We do this through our support and partnering with organizations like Eight Days of Hope and Samaritans Purse. That means we can participate locally and abroad, financially, and even in the flesh when the opportunities arise. We did this last year and it was such a blessing. It is amazing how desperately people are in need of hope.

Taking the message of the Gospel to those who have not heard or received it.

We have one organization we support that is unlisted for security purposes. But the work is exactly this and is effective and growing. When there are updates, and opportunities to invite participation, I’m hoping we can share it with subscribers. I’m looking forward to expanding this arena! And your donations will help us greatly.

Extending the hand of God to the helpless.

Orphan care is our focus. This year was the first to go on mission on behalf of the organization to Kenya and Ethiopia with America World Adoption and One Orphan. It’s an exciting and fruitful work. Periodically we post ways we can participate and be involved in the lives they are impacting, personally, as well as the needs they have financially.
