5 Promises to Propel Your Faith

The Bible overflows with promises from God to His people. Promises He, alone can declare and fulfill. As a Christian, I find that my problem is not that I don’t know this about God and His Word, but rather I fail to remember it. Join me in a short refresher course of God’s promises in the book of Isaiah. Here are 5 Promises to Propel Your Faith. Pray over them. Speak them out loud. Save them to your phone. And begin to experience the power of God’s word in your own life.

Promise #1 to Propel Your Faith: Isaiah 32:8

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. Isaiah 32:8

In a world filled with uncertainty, God promises to be our guide. His wisdom surpasses human understanding, and His loving gaze is always upon us. Trust in His guidance as you navigate the twists and turns of life’s journey.

Promise #2 to Propel Your Faith: Isaiah 40:31

but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31

When we place our hope in the Lord, He infuses us with His divine strength. Like eagles soaring effortlessly in the sky, we can overcome obstacles and persevere through challenges without growing weary. Take courage in knowing that God empowers you to endure.

Promise #3 to Propel Your Faith: Isaiah 41:10

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. Isaiah 41:10 NLT

In moments of fear and discouragement, God offers us His unwavering presence and support. He is our refuge and strength, our ever-present help in times of trouble. Rest assured that His victorious hand is always ready to uphold and sustain you.

Promise #4 to Propel Your Faith: Isaiah 49:15-16

Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!

16See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me. Isaiah 49:15-16

Even if human love fails us, God’s love remains steadfast and unwavering. He cherishes us with a love deeper than any earthly affection, inscribing our names on the palms of His hands as a constant reminder of His unfailing devotion. Take comfort in knowing that you are eternally held in God’s loving embrace.

Promise #5 to Propel Your Faith: Isaiah 54:10

Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the LORD, who has compassion on you. Isaiah 54:10

In the midst of life’s upheavals and uncertainties, God’s love remains steadfast and unchanging. His covenant of peace endures through every storm, offering us a secure anchor in the midst of chaos. Trust in God’s unfailing love, for His compassion towards you knows no bounds.
