Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matthew 6:34

#2: Prayer as a Stress Reliever
In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Philippians 4:6
Next, we turn to Philippians 4:6, which exhorts us not to be anxious about anything but to bring all our concerns to God in prayer. Through supplication and thanksgiving, we can pour out our hearts before Him and experience the peace that surpasses all understanding.
#3: Knowing Our Worth in God’s Eyes
And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? If then you are not able to do as small a thing as that, why are you anxious about the rest? Luke 12:25-26
Luke 12:25-26 reminds us of our inherent value in God’s eyes and urges us not to let worry rob us of joy. Instead, we are called to place our confidence in God’s love and divine plan for our lives.
#4: Seeking God’s Guidance
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

#5: Finding Rest in Jesus
